Child Protection Policy

The club takes the issue for child protection very seriously and was one of the first in the area to develop a policy based on guidance from the Lawn Tennis Association.

All coaches and volunteers undertake a Police Record check and sign a Self Declaration Form (a sample Word document version of the form is available here).

We will be moving towards using a CRB (criminal Records Bureau) check in 2005/6.
