Changes to Sunday Social play
Please note that, with effect from Sunday, December 13th the Sunday social session will run from 1pm to 4pm, instead of 2pm to 5pm. This is to take advantage of the light and reduce the need for the floodlights. The session start time will return to 2pm on the first Sunday in March.

We are delighted to announce the launch of our new web site, which is integrated with the LTA's ClubSpark system.
You will still be able to book courts as before, but now you can access all the information that is on the existing web site; PLUS you will be able to process your membership renewals on there.

To access the new site click on the link below:

Please BOOKMARK this link on your browser for easy access.
There are further additions to be made between now and the start of the 2021 season, but we would appreciate your thoughts on the new site so far.
Changes for the 2021 season
Our new web site allows us to process memberships and accept payments on-line, which is a huge improvement. It means that there is no longer any need to complete paper-based Membership Application forms, because the ClubSpark system is GDPR compliant so all your personal data is secure.

However, we will no longer accept direct payment by cheque or cash. This doesn't mean that you can't use those payment methods. It means that you will need to make those payments yourselves directly into a branch of Yorkshire Bank. This new procedure is a vast improvement and brings a number of benefits:
- No need to put cheques in envelopes and post them to the Membership Secretary
- No more cheques left in envelopes at the club and potentially missed or lost
- No more multiple trips by the Membership Secretary to the bank to pay in cheques
- No more weekly checking of bank statements
- No need to maintain a Membership spreadsheet
- No need for shoe tags, as any committee member can check memberships on their phone using ClubSpark

We trust that you will support us in our endeavours to streamline the membership process, which has become quite an onerous task for our committee members.

We appreciate that the situation with COVID-19 has resulted in approximately 3 months with no access to our courts. With this in mind, we propose to reduce the 2021 memberships by 25% which equates to 3 months out of 12.

The discount will only apply to renewal of a full-price membership, that is a full-year's membership, whether that be senior, junior, family, student or supervisory.

Anyone upgrading to a full year's membership from a 2020 membership purchased as an off-peak price (from 1/8 to 31/3 including Winter memberships) will be expected to pay the full membership price for 2021.
